Just a short 10 minute walk or 3-minute drive (car or golf cart!) from pristine sandy beaches, you’ll have easy access to all the top restaurants, shops, and grocery stores in the area. *Please inquire if you would like to rent our 6-seater golf cart* There are shops and restaurants all around and easily walkable, but it's also very convenient to have a car if you'd like to explore other beaches or attractions in the area. GENERAL ★ Starter Set of Toiletries & Coffee for Your Stay ★ Linens & Towels Provided (+Extras) ★ Free WiFi ★ Central Air Conditioning & Heat & Multi-Level Control ★ Free in unit Washer & Dryer ★ Free Parking *The pool is heated to an optimal temperature and cannot be heated any further without an additional cost ($50/day). Please note, a heated pool will not feel like a hot tub, but rather a refreshing bath.* The maximum temperature the pool can be heated to is 89 degrees. Minimum Age to Book is 18+ ✅ This property has requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $2,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $70 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called our Guest Portal. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. Our family vacation was comfortably accommodated! The hosts responded quickly and were honest with everything. We drove from Texas so we arrived a bit earlier and we wished that the early check in was a bit more clear. Other than that, it was a pleasure! We hope to come back soon!

I just didn’t have water when I arrived! He did move me to another unit for one night! The moving was a lot , the other unit had a broken bed but he did send someone right over to fix it! Cody is pretty awesome!

We only stayed for 2 nights but it was a great stay for our family. The house is really close to many restaurants and the pier. We loved that it was closed to the beach as well. Cody was really responsive and even allow us to check in early. Which was really appreciated from our family with little ones. I recommend this place for anyone who is looking of a place near the beach in PCB.
