Please note, a heated pool will not feel like a hot tub, but rather a refreshing bath.* The maximum temperature the pool can be heated to is 89 degrees. Minimum Age to Book is 18+ ✅ This property has requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $2,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $70 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called our Guest Portal. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. We had the pleasure to stay in this property for a week over spring break and it was such a great experience. Cody made the process so easy and even allowed us for early check in which was so helpful. Our first couple days were on the colder end, and the heated pool was amazing. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking to have a relaxing trip down in Florida. The location is perfect and the process was extremely simple. So grateful to have had such a wonderful time!!

We had a great time staying at Cody's family beach retreat. The private pool area with the grill in back made for a nice place end the day after being at the beach all day. We had more than enough room for our 6 adults and 3 children.

Had a really great experience staying here. The place was super clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It felt cozy and just like home. The bed was comfy, and the space was exactly like the photos. The host was really friendly and helpful, and check-in was super easy. They even gave a few local tips, which I appreciated.
