Cody and team were very responsive. My wife and I came for 2 nights to drive the blue ridge parkway and used Gatlinburg for our home base. Cody was very helpful with every question I asked. We appreciated the porch with the amazing view in the afternoon when we finished our day to enjoy a glass of wine. Thanks for being great host.

House is great, easy to locate, was pristine cleaned. Responsive host when had issues with door code, quick response helped to get in. Only issue was the ability to control water temperature in the indoor pool. Hot tub was perfect though and compensates the pool issue. Kitchen is great with most needed appliances and utensils. Home theater worked perfectly.. the sound bar was not working, but the TV was good .

You would be hard pressed to find a property with a better view. Beautiful decor, comfortable seating and extremely clean! Hosts were very responsive. Outdoor seating and hot tub looked new and very clean. There were thoughtful touches as numerous throw blankets and clothes washing detergent were provided. I would highly recommend!!

We have gone to Tennessee several times with our children and this is easily the best place we have stayed. It felt like more than a cabin stay, it was an experience. Jacob has such a welcoming and kind personality we looked forward to seeing him everyday and chatting about our trip. Our children were obsessed with the farm animals, cats, dog, and fishing on the land. The cabin was incredibly clean and cozy. We even saw a bear on our last walk of the property trails at sunset! This was an unforgettable experience and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Beautiful farmhouse about 30 minutes from UT. Very private and peaceful location. House is very clean and comfortable. Pool and outdoor areas are as pictured and well maintained. Would stay there again and recommend for others if you are looking for unique farmhouse experience on a beautiful property, but still within ~30 minutes from UT and Dollywood.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the farmhouse! We loved the peaceful setting, beautiful surroundings, and the property is prettier in person than the pictures! So many homey touches throughout, extremely clean and well kept, and the pool area is perfect.

The beds were super comfortable!! Great bathrooms and home layout. It’s great to have a pool after spending the afternoon at the beach! Also being able to walk to the beach and Thomas’ Donuts, Pizza and ice cream is a major bonus! Golf cart rentals are close by and run about $100-$130 a day! Would def book again!

It was a beautiful house! It matched the decription on the pictures. Cody and Derek were very responsive.

It is the peace and tranquility of the farm. The owners do a fabulous job at making their guest feel right at home 🫶🏻 we have stayed in both Bear Cub Cabin and The farmhouse Cabin! Neither one was a disappointment

The place was just as described. We had a large group and we all fit comfortably. The kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and theater room. We had some amazing views of the mountains but was still within 10 mins to the Island and stores. I will say the drive up to the house was somewhat steep but it’s to be expected with such amazing views. Cody was very responsive to any concerns that we had. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was AMAZING! It truly was a hidden away gem yet so close to all the main attractions on the pigeon forge parkway! Not only was the house decorated super cute for the fall time but the surrounding farm atmosphere was very enjoyable. The barnyard animals were super cute! The pool and hot tub were fantastic! It was a 10min drive to the main strip in pigeon forge. The hosts were super personable and went above and beyond providing us access to an amenity we weren’t expecting and letting us pick a pumpkin to take home! They were very responsive to any questions we had. A true delight to stay here!
