Jacob and Justin are wonderful hosts! Their place is phenomenal. Truly a hidden gem that feels so far away from anything touristy but it’s actually a close drive! We will be back!

We loved our stay here . The view , the pool , the theater room , the layout .. it was perfect for our 3 families . Check in was easy , the house had exactly what we needed . We made some really great memories here thank you

Beautiful home in the Smokies and perfect space for my husband and I to relax and unwind in Gatlinburg! The home was spotless, had great amenities and Cody was extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for perfect getaway in the mountains for two!

We had a group of 8 adults (4 couples) and this house was great for us for a few days in Destin. Close to the beach and a short uber/car ride to restaurants. would stay again!

This was a great stay! Definitely worth it. Host was very helpful and answered any questions I had. Very nice place to relax with family after a long day at the beach. Heated pool was the best! Kids loved it!

We had a great time at Codys place. The location was great - so close to all of our activities. The views were magnificent and we loved sitting on the porch looking at the mountains. The house had plenty of room for our family with updated bathrooms attached to each bedroom which everyone appreciated! We had a few issues but Cody and Derek were very responsive. Great house!

Our family enjoyed this place! It is just as described and listed. They were very nice and helpful with quick responses. They had everything we needed, the beach was a short walk and the pool was a plus! Would definitely stay here again.
