House is in a great location, but difficult to find. The GPS for 2 of the 4 families took you to a gated community. We had inquired about what items for the beach were available, specifically corn hole boards, beach towels, and floating devices. We were told none were available and we brought with us. When we arrived, there were cornhole boards, a ton of floaties, and beach towels available. We would have loved to have more space in the cars if we had not brought those items with us. The owner likely was not aware of those items being available. We asked the questions through AirBNB chat, Could have been AI responding to our questions and the answers were based on what was listed as amenities on the Air BNB listing. The house itself is beautiful. Great walking distance to the beach. Clean, AC worked great. Pool was very warm, almost hottub temperature, but it was also very hot the July 4th weekend. Beds are on the harder side, so if you are picky about that, maybe bring a topper.

We had a great stay! It was beautiful and peaceful. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. Great kitchen supplies and everything was stocked. Plenty of space for 10 guests. The upstairs suite is not connected through the inside. You have to use outside stairs to get there. There is a pretty high check in and check out fee if you want to get in before 3pm. They also use AI to respond to messages which can be frustrating if you have a question to ask them. It made for some unclear communication at times. Overall, I would recommend this place.

This is the second year in a row we have stayed with Cody. We stayed at one of the neighboring properties last year and had to come back. The location is awesome and the entire place is well furnished with tons of amenities. Tons of space for my group and close to the beach, you really cant ask for me. Cody is a very well organized host whose communication is top tier. Needless to say, Cody will likely see us again next year!

Cody’s place was great for a combined family vacation at the beach. There was plenty of space, we enjoyed the pool and short walk to the beach. Cody was responsive when we had questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We would recommend his place!

We had such a great time!!!! So much so - we’re already looking forward to rebooking our next trip & staying here again. This place was fantastic for family’s. The upper apartment is great for someone needing their own area. We utilized the pack and play there and the pool toys. Beach towels were provided. Beach was walkable everyday & wagon available too if you need it. Beach chair and umbrella available to rent at the beach! We did utilize the pool & temperature was great (we went in May & pool does not have a heater but we didn’t need it). The check out instructions were great - didn’t have to go thru an elaborate process before leaving! Just set dishwasher & go! We did utilize the washer and dryer with no issues. The houses/property are at the end of a private road so it felt very private was a calm area for our family. (: Will be rebooking soon!

We had a great stay. So roomy and peaceful. Especially enjoyed the scent of a jasmine vine from the porch and the beautiful sound of birds chirping. It was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. My 84 yr old mother had no issues walking to the beach. It was perfect for our family and we would definitely stay here again. Cody was a great host.
