The house was beautiful . Great location , within walking distance to beach . Everything was clean and it was nice to have the pool as a backup ! There was miscommunications about the golf cart rental which was really disappointing so we ended up renting one from a different company . Just for future stays , the golf cart is extra and is not included in the price of your stay ! Other than that everything was great and we enjoyed our trip.

We had a great time at Cody’s place. We ran into an issue with the dishwasher when we initially arrived, and Cody’s team did their best to swiftly resolve it as soon as they could. The house is great and cozy, and well equipped with all the thoughtful touches you’d want in a hospitality focused airbnb. We had a great experience and would definitely stay at one of Cody’s properties again in the future.

We loved our stay at the Pink House. We felt right at home the moment that we walked in. The décor is beautiful, and the space was perfect for our family of four. It's located in the heart of Destin, so it made it easy to get to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. The private pool was wonderful, and having space to park our boat and trailer in the driveway was an added bonus. Our family would definitely here again!

The Pink house was perfect for me and my family! It was very clean, supplied well and the hosts were extremely responsive. Check in was also very easy! The house’s location is a walkable distance to the beach which made it even better and the pool was an added plus!

Staying at Pink House was just perfect, the walking distance to the beach is convenient and having a private pool as well makes it even better. The house layout is great for a group of 6 or even more. Definitely would stay here again.

Cody was wonderful to work with, hospitality was fantastic and made sure everything was perfect for our stay! Communication was excellent! We had the best time. Having a private pool designated to the house was phenomenal! Especially with kids. The house was beautiful and well maintained and decorated! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!
