This house is located in a small, intimate community of homes tucked away in the Smoky Mountains, which is located just a few minutes off of US 321. It comes with great views and very few turns to get up to the cabin. There is plenty of parking onsite (up to 5 cars) and is easy driving distance of all the major attractions - Dollywood, Smoky Mountain National Park and much more! The optional damage waiver is $70 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. Overall a beautiful place! The view was pretty and the space worked well for our group. The kids loved the pool and us adults loved the hot tub. A bathroom for each bedroom was also super nice. We do feel the cleaning crew could pay a little more attention to detail… floors were dirty, dirty dishes in the oven, and the master shower was all grimy around the edges that you could wipe up. We did inform the host and they offered to have the crew come clean again. We would stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful mountain home! The views were breathtaking. The kids had a blast in the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. One of our favorite spots was the porch with the rocking chairs, the perfect place to relax have a cup of coffee and look at nature! The whole family also loved the movie room, after a day of exploring we could all sit down and watch a movie together. The dining table was huge, great for all of us to sit together and have a meal, play games and have fun making jig saw puzzles! This home had everything that u would need for a memorable family get away. I highly recommend staying here for relaxing vacation in the Smokey mountains!

We had a great stay at Cody's place. The home is in an upscale neighborhood with a beautiful view to boot. The home is of the highest quality using elevated materials and accents. Pictures don't do it justice. As a party of 4 different families, we loved having pace to spread out. Our kids loved the pool and the little library in the bunk room was above and beyond. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly with kindness. We greatly enjoyed our time in the Smokey Mountains and look forward to returning soon!

The house was perfect for our girls trip. It was clean and well maintained. It was a great location for all that pigeon forge has to offer. It was just as described and had all we needed to fix some meals at home. All beds were comfortable. Loved the seating in the living room to gather and chat. We enjoyed all the amenities the house had pool, hot tub, movie room and pool table. Check in and out was very easy. The host was very quick to respond and helpful with questions or issues. Look forward to booking this house again.

This cabin was absolutely beautiful. My bridesmaids and I came to stay for my wedding and this was the most perfect place for us. We went to a bunch of different cabins in the area for different events and this cabin was by far my favorite! Cody and team were very responsive and welcoming! I would definitely book this spot again.
