Just a short 10 minute walk or 3-minute drive (car or golf cart!) from pristine sandy beaches, you’ll have easy access to all the top restaurants, shops, and grocery stores in the area. *Please inquire if you would like to rent our 6-seater golf cart* There are shops and restaurants all around and easily walkable, but it's also very convenient to have a car if you'd like to explore other beaches or attractions in the area. GENERAL ★ Starter Set of Toiletries & Coffee for Your Stay ★ Linens & Towels Provided (+Extras) ★ Free WiFi ★ Central Air Conditioning & Heat & Multi-Level Control ★ Free in unit Washer & Dryer ★ Free Parking *The pool is heated to an optimal temperature and cannot be heated any further without an additional cost ($50/day). Please note, a heated pool will not feel like a hot tub, but rather a refreshing bath.* The maximum temperature the pool can be heated to is 89 degrees. Minimum Age to Book is 18+ ✅ This property has requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $2,500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $75 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called our Guest Portal. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. Even though we ran into a few issues during our stay, the host communicated well and quickly sent someone out to help. The house was very spacious and comfortable for our group — perfect for relaxing after a day out. It was also conveniently located near everything we wanted to do. Overall, we had a great stay and would come back again!

So grateful to spend our new year here. Chris’s space was in an amazing location and the amenities like the optional golf cart and the comforts of the home made us never want to leave. So close to the ocean but not close enough to be loud. Perfection!

Perfect central spot close to the beach, pier park, and 30-A. It is about 10 minute walk to the beach and the cart on site that is rentable would make it 3-5 minutes. The place is nice and new, good finishes, and we were really comfortable there. The heated pool is nice and large. Host and team were responsive to any needs we had, and we Highly recommend the stay.
