Stayed for a couple days with a group of friends and we had an amazing time. Everybody loved the house and the area, especially how close it was to a coffee shop and a breakfast place. If I were to try and force a negative review, it just wouldn’t be possible because our stay was that good. Cody and his team were very responsive, helpful, and gave us a list of nearby amenities for food and entertainment. Although it rained almost our entire trip, we still had an awesome stay and would definitely choose this house again.

Loved the house. Great sleep! so comfy! 7 minute walk to the beach amd Thomas's doughnuts. The beach cart was broken and we had a new one within a few hours. The kids LOVED the pool. Plenty of light and privacy for a night swim.

We had a great time here and would definitely stay again. The host was very responsive and was quick to answer any questions and solve small issues. Was perfect for our two families with children. Quick walk to the beach was a plus.

Cody’s place was perfect for my bachelorette party. We wanted a location in between Rosemary Beach and PCB, and this was the perfect spot. House was clean, pool was clean, AC worked and beds were comfortable!! Cody was able to accommodate an early check in and late check out. Only complaint was that the description said there were amenities like salt, pepper, baking sheets, beach towels and a beach cart and our unit did not have that. Additionally one sink upstairs did not have running water but we figured since we’re so close to the beach, water pressure may be finicky. Aside from the little hiccups, everything was perfect and we were all super happy with the space :)

We had a great stay at this airbnb! There was so much space for our group and we all slept so comfortably. The house is literally 5 min from the beach, which was so convenient! The pool was such a nice bonus for when we were too tired to walk. Overall, my friend and I had an amazing time! We would stay here again :)

I just want to say Cody’s Beach House is absolutely gorgeous! The decor is modern yet cozy, and the space is huge, perfect for anyone. It had everything we needed, beach towels, wagons, pack and play, pool floaties, and a grill. Even though it is a duplex, it is very soundproof we barely heard neighbors. The outdoor wash off shower with hot and cold water was a game changer after the beach. The pool area was amazing, and the location could not be better, right off the highway, beach just down the road, free parking, and donuts and ice cream nearby. DoorDash deliveries were easy and accurate. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. We loved our stay, have shared it on social media, and cannot wait to come back!
