My family and I had an amazing stay. I will definitely be back, and will be recommending this place to friends for sure. The host could not have been more informative or helpful. Great place for the money spent.

We loved our stay at the farm! We spent most of our time at the pool and exploring the beautiful property. There is truly nothing that could have made our stay better.

Jacob’s place was my favorite Airbnb I have ever stayed at after many Airbnb stays. We came for a family vaca and everything about this place exceeded our expectations. House was clean and had everything needed. The pool, hot tub, nature walk, farm animals and cats were all just bonuses to create a very unique stay that will never be forgotten. I would love to bring my family back here in the future. Only suggestion I have is to allow guest access to the washer and dryer and ensure hand soaps are full. We arrived to all soap dispensers empty, no big deal there is a dollar general about a mile away so we just went and got some. For a family of 5 it would have been nice to wash and have clean towels throughout our trip and we like to wash all of our clothes before going home. We were aware of this beforehand and it didn’t hinder our experience any, I would recommend opening the access though especially for longer stays. It’s hard to put into words just how perfect this place was! We chose this home for our girls’ trip, and I spent a lot of time searching for the perfect spot with amenities that my daughter, granddaughter, and I would all enjoy. This property not only checked every box—it exceeded all of our expectations. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, welcoming, and memorable. Every detail made us feel right at home, and it truly made our trip even more special. We had an amazing time and are already looking forward to returning. This will definitely be one of our go-to places for future girls’ trips. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, great location far enough away from the crowd but close enough to everything it wasn’t a hassle to get to. The host and cohost were amazing with communication and were beyond helpful with anything that was needed. We will be coming back to stay again on the farm.

A warmth and cozy home, My Family felt instant comfort. An absolute joy and peaceful atmosphere (Heaven on Earth) is what My Family & I called it during our stay. We would love to return someday, The Farm House, The Pool, The Farm Animals, The Cats & the Beautiful surrounding Nature on property really make you forget the busy lives we live, while we were here not once did we think about anything else but the beauty that we were surrounded by! Highly recommend if you want to slow down a bit and take in everything this Home has to offer.

This house was a hidden gem! We loved how it was just outside of Knoxville with no traffic noise nor the hustle and bustle. The house was in pristine condition with such a modern but cabin style home on the inside. My kids lived in the pool and enjoyed the Farm family. The hosts were super responsive with every question I had and very quick responses. Would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful get away and very kid friendly.

Went to the Farmhouse with my daughter and granddaughter to celebrate her HS Graduation. It was everything as stated and even more. Pool was awesome and the farmhouse was great. Beds were sooo comfortable wanted to take them home, lol. We loved the animals and the owners were very responsive to our requests. Very personable as the owners gave us cut flowers to take home from their fields. We would return. Thanks for the great stay!

Beautiful location. Nice clean and comfortable homee. Responsive to any questions. Convenient to many of the area attractions, albeit, some of the roads are a bit scarey if not used to one lane winding, turning roads!

This was truly the most magical place for my family. I visit Tennessee often and have stayed in several places throughout Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg but nothing even comes close to this experience. The farmhouse was amazing. We spent our days enjoying the pool, and Dollywood was just a short, easy drive away. Every detail made our stay feel relaxing and special. Jacob and Justin were incredible hosts. They made us feel so welcome it honestly felt like we made two new friends. The way they share this beautiful property with their guests is truly one of a kind. Cody, our host through Airbnb, was also wonderful checking in regularly and sending helpful reminders throughout the trip. One of the highlights for my kids was helping feed the goats, chickens, and other animals. And Aunt Hill, the sweetest dog, completely stole their hearts and became the highlight of each day. We will absolutely be back. After the memories we made here, it’s hard to imagine staying anywhere else

We had a great stay at Jacob’s place near the Great Smoky Mountains. The house was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the location was perfect — close to hiking, restaurants, and attractions while still feeling peaceful. Staying on the private farm made the experience extra special. The animals were adorable, and the mountain scenery was beautiful and relaxing. Jacob and his partner were kind and welcoming throughout our stay, and their recommendations for local attractions and scenic spots were especially helpful for planning our trip. Overall, a wonderful Airbnb experience, and we’d happily stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. The owners are so sweet and friendly. Communication was great! The pool was wonderful and very close to pigeon forge. Will definitely be back! The kids loved the animals and playing outside.
