We had a great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and in a good location. Only small issues—the washing machine wouldn’t turn on, and the TV wouldn’t connect to WiFi (the router seemed to be in another house). Cody and Jordan were great hosts and helped us resolve the issues. Overall, we really enjoyed it and would stay again!

Looked just like the pictures, was just a short walk to the beach. How was very clean and spacious. Pool was warm on cold nights, has a great time and would recommend!

Beautiful home in a great location. The house sits close to the beach, which made beach trips quick and easy. The area felt safe and quiet. Perfect for relaxing after busy days. The home had plenty of space for large groups. Everyone had room to spread out and feel comfortable. The layout worked well for spending time together and still having privacy. The host was kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay. The location worked well. Close to PCB and Pier Park for restaurants and activities. Far enough away to keep the beach calm and peaceful. Our group had a great weekend. I would stay here again.

This was by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in!! The house was completely clean and renovated and the views were even better than the pictures. We spent time out in the hot tub and relaxed in the sauna— it was only a couple minutes from all the places but we felt private and secluded. So grateful for the opportunity to stay here and couldn’t say better things about it!!

The house was perfect for our girls trip. It was clean and well maintained. It was a great location for all that pigeon forge has to offer. It was just as described and had all we needed to fix some meals at home. All beds were comfortable. Loved the seating in the living room to gather and chat. We enjoyed all the amenities the house had  pool, hot tub, movie room and pool table. Check in and out was very easy. The host was very quick to respond and helpful with questions or issues. Look forward to booking this house again.

Cody and Chris were great hosts! Always responsive and never took more than 10 minutes to respond. They were very helpful with any questions we had! The house is in a perfect spot and we were able to walk anywhere. If we are ever back in the area we will for sure stay here again!

Our group of 13 had a great week, thanks in part to the hospitality shown from Cody and his group. We had one minor issue with the pool not being heated, but Cody sent out someone to check it out the same day we made the request. Highly recommend booking this property

Cody’s place exceeded my expectations. My family and I loved the location, the pool and all of the well decorated space. The pool was so refreshing at the end of a long day! I would 100% stay there again!

Absolutely the best Air BNB we have ever stayed in. It is cozy, and comfortable. It is clean and modern without sacrificing character. The view of Mount Leconte is much better than any picture could ever capture. I am fairly certain this house has the best unobstructed view in Gatlinburg. It is right next to town, and the hosts were great at communicating and helped out with recommendations multiple times. We even got lucky enough to see some cool wildlife right from the deck! 10/10 will be staying here again!

Great place for a vacation, short walk to the beach, short Ubers to the main bars. The family's response time is also super quick which was very helpful when I had issues with check-in. Overall, great place to stay!
