Nestled conveniently between the serene charm of Rosemary Beach and the vibrant attractions of Panama City Beach, this luxury home offers the best of both worlds. Just a short 10 minute walk or 3-minute drive (car or golf cart!) from pristine sandy beaches, you’ll have easy access to all the top restaurants, shops, and grocery stores in the area.

There are shops and restaurants all around and easily walkable, but it’s also very convenient to have a car if you’d like to explore other beaches or attractions in the area.

Please note the pool will be heated to 85 degrees. Should you need it to be heated warmer than that, it costs an additional $50/day. The maximum temperature the pool can be heated to is 90 degrees.
Minimum Age to Book is 18+
✅ This property has requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $2,500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $75 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account – it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
