Spacious cabin with a beautiful mountain view! Cabin is tastefully decorated and clean. Plenty of seats for everyone and space to spread out. Kids loved the game room.

This place is beautiful
This place is beautiful! I will say there was some things off like no batteries in remotes so we couldn’t use the theater room if my husband didn’t bring a super box for the TV /the fireplace didn’t work but we weren’t told until we asked because we wanted to have a fire inside / hot tub was dirty/ cleaning wasn’t the best/ one game broke/ some things run down in the house and broke and not repaired . The communication was great when we reached out but for the price there was some things run down that was disappointing when we were looking forward to some things . With the fireplace inside not working they did send firewood /fire starter/lighter for outside which we did appreciate. The property is overall beautiful just some details the owner is letting go and the cleaning company is not doing.

Beautiful views, cabin was beautiful, clean, and spacious, we had some issues with a couple of the amenities, however, the host was responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent stay! The host was very accommodating and communication was very accessible. The house itself was in a great location with breathtaking views. We would definitely recommend to other large families and can't wait for our next visit! Thanks again for the memories!

The place was beautiful but wen you book a cabin or any place you go based on the ame they offer the host offers gaming are and only 1 game of the 5 they had worked, not even the pool table was operational, also entertainment or any TV were functional it offered a movie theater but there was no use to us 😬 the internet 🛜 wasn’t working at all we tried communicating with host and all I got was am she in response saying they will work on it but nothing else we reached out several times and no response afterwards we had 2 teenagers with us so as you could imagine not able to at least watch movies 😒 we used our own hot spot from our cell phones just to have something to do while being in cabin , grill wasn’t functional either so if you plan on grilling out good luck

My husband and I stayed at Home in Sevierville for our anniversary , Cody was our host. The communication was great and he was quick to respond to my messages. The home is beautiful and there were a few issues when we arrived, the home was not very clean and there was some damage to the indoor and outdoor furniture. Cody immediately sent a cleaning crew over to address what they could. It was an excessive amount of lady bugs which made it difficult to sit outside or utilize the hot tub. It’s just that time of year. The location had a beautiful view and it was very quiet and peaceful.
The host was kind
The host was kind. The main issue was that we booked this house thinking we’d have a hot tub to use. It was very dirty looking and brown when we arrived. When we told him, he said he’d call to have someone come fix it, but nobody came until the day before checkout so that was a bummer. Turns out the filter was pretty bad. My kids were looking forward to it. The pool balls got stuck in the pool table and there is a key somewhere to get them out, but he didn’t know where that was at so we couldn’t play pool. There was one arcade that didn’t work at all. This house requires a security deposit hold, so it was stressful to walk in and see cabinet door missing, some stained furniture, etc. it also was generally clean, but dust and sticky spots on floor here and there. Bearable, Just not as clean as it could be. I felt like a pain taking pics all around house for them to see, but with the security hold I didn’t want any of the issues pinned on me.

This beautiful home is a must! The view was wonderful. The arcade was so much fun. Our stay was fantastic. We would definitely return.
Upon arrival
Upon arrival, the door code didn’t work as the WiFi was pretty weak downstairs, the grill was dirty & the beds did not look washed. One didn’t even have pillow cases on so I was a little sus about how well they cleaned the rest of the house…my group decided to take care of this ourselves & just re-wash the sheets (not ideal when you’re paying a cleaning fee, but it was fine). Also heads up they will make you put a $1200 security deposit hold on your card or pay $50 non refundable fee. We weren’t sure how strict they would be so opted for the $50 in case anything got broken… there also wasn’t any shampoo, conditioner, or body wash which was listed & the water got shut off the AM of checkout???
Despite those issues, we had a really great stay at Cody’s! It is pretty steep getting up to the house the first couple times, but we got used to it soon after! The beds were comfy, plenty of towels (&& hot tub towels), super spacious for our group of 8, & we loved the game room, hot tub & views!
