I was extremely pleased with the entire place
I was extremely pleased with the entire place. It was very well kept and clean. The beach was easy 10 minute walk. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Cody stayed in contact with us making sure we did not have any questions and responded to any of my questions quickly. Would definitely stay here or at any other property under Cody's supervision. My family had a great time!

This house was clean and spacious. All guests agreed the beds and pillows were some of the comfiest we’d ever had in an air bnb.
Owners had quick and fantastic communication. We really lucked out that the other side of the townhome was not rented. We had the pool and parking to ourselves. If it weren’t for that we would not have had enough parking and sharing the pool with neighbors would have hindered our experience. We were most disappointed to find that the beach access was not a quick 10 minute walk. Instead it was a 10 minute drive. Due to that we weren’t able to enjoy the beach like we had planned.

The house was very nice and spacious for lots of people
The house was very nice and spacious for lots of people! It was very clean! The only downfall of the house is that it didn’t have enough toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels etc. if you plan to stay for more than 2 days be sure to bring your own! Other than that everything was good!
When we booked the description said full duplex
When we booked the description said full duplex, heated pool and yet when I got the check in details two days before my stay I realized it is half a duplex, and a heated pool if you pay for it. So we had to share a backyard with complete strangers who weren’t very friendly, and the heated pool was freezing so we paid to heat it and yet it still wouldn’t heat up so we hardly used the pool. The rooms were mostly clean except on bedroom had stained sheets, and the bathroom was still covered in people hair who stayed before us. When we got to the airbnb the code they gave me for the door didn’t work and I had to call and text multiple people to get it fixed which took almost an hour to figure out because no one responded and apparently they gave me the wrong code, overall our vacation wasn’t terrible but I definitely wouldn’t stay at this specific airbnb again.

We stayed here for the fourth of July long weekend with friends and family . Overall we had a good time at the vacation home . One thing to note is that the pool is shared with one other house and has a privacy screen to separate but it wasn’t mentioned on vrbo listing details . I wish I had seen it while booking . We got to know about it after we booked the place and received more details on the listing . We ran out of basic supplies like paper towels , toilet paper , trash bags , towels as only a started kit was provided , with around 13 people in the house we needed more and extras weren’t available in the house . The host was really kind and provided us more on request. The host replied to all my messages promptly and also accommodated all our requests .
