“Cody was great! Very quick to respond and accommodating. This place is at the end of the road. The swimming pool is private and fenced with no other balconies looking over you. Close to miramar beach. Great home for a big family or two families as there is an attached 1 bedroom upstairs.”

“We had a wonderful time at the Pink House! We were originally supposed to stay at another place that fell through at the last minute. Cody was very accommodating, and we were able to get into this place ASAP. Check in was easy, and we were able to do late checkout. The house was well decorated and clean. The beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The beach was close enough to walk with private entrance. While we were close to Destin, the home is situated back in a private and quiet area. Overall, we had a fabulous stay for our family of 5. We would definitely stay there again!”

“Our family had a fabulous vacation, thanks in large part to the lovely house we stayed in. So many extra and unexpected touches made us feel right at home - a lovely coffee bar with complimentary coffee, filters, syrups, etc., a highchair for our little one, a kitchen stocked with items most AirBnBs don’t include (crockpot, scissors, children’s plates and utensils, etc.), and so much more. The front porch and rockers are a perfect way to start the morning or end the evening. The location was convenient in relation to the outlet mall, Destin Commons, getting to Seaside and many of our favorites. Highly recommend!”

“Cody’s home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our stay in Destin. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Traveling with our 10-month-old was so much easier since they provided a highchair and bassinet, which we greatly appreciated. The house accommodated my family perfectly, and we truly felt at home. We’ll definitely be booking again the next time we’re in Destin, Florida.”
